{"id":44800,"date":"2021-06-15T23:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-06-15T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/develpkf.eic.cat\/valles\/signatura-del-conveni-marc-de-collaboracio-entre-lajuntament-de-granollers-i-la-intercol\/"},"modified":"2026-06-05T20:32:13","modified_gmt":"2026-06-05T18:32:13","slug":"signatura-del-conveni-marc-de-collaboracio-entre-lajuntament-de-granollers-i-la-intercol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eic.cat\/valles\/signatura-del-conveni-marc-de-collaboracio-entre-lajuntament-de-granollers-i-la-intercol\/","title":{"rendered":"Signatura del conveni marc de col\u2022laboraci\u00f3 entre l&#8217;Ajuntament de Granollers i la Intercol\u2022legial T\u00e8cnica del Vall\u00e8s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>16\/6\/2021- L&#8217;Ajuntament de Granollers signa un conveni marc de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb tres col\u00b7legis professionals per al foment de la rehabilitaci\u00f3 i la millora de l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica del parc edificat.<\/strong>&nbsp;El Col\u00b7legi d&#8217;Aparelladors, Arquitectes T\u00e8cnics i Enginyers d&#8217;Edificaci\u00f3 de Barcelona; el Col\u00b7legi Oficial d&#8217;Arquitectes de Catalunya; i el Col\u00b7legi Oficial d&#8217;Enginyers Industrials de Catalunya integren la Intercol\u00b7legial T\u00e8cnica del&nbsp;Vall\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per al president de la Demarcaci\u00f3 del Vall\u00e8s d\u2019Enginyers Industrials, Germ\u00e1n Palac\u00edn, aquest &nbsp;conveni \u201cha de ser un exemple de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 per a d\u2019altres poblacions per afrontar amb garanties d\u2019\u00e8xit els plans subvencionats pels Fons Next Generation\u201d. Palac\u00edn destaca que el conveni signat avui \u201cposa al mateix nivell les atribucions que en el terreny de l\u2019edificaci\u00f3 tenim els enginyers, en igualtat a arquitectes i aparelladors\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Ajuntament de Granollers, en el marc del pla d&#8217;acci\u00f3 del Pla Local d&#8217;Habitatge (2018-2023) est\u00e0 desenvolupament i preveu una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;actuacions adre\u00e7ades a promoure la millora de la qualitat del parc d&#8217;habitatges de la ciutat: programes d&#8217;ajudes per a la millora de l&#8217;accessibilitat, de l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica, rehabilitaci\u00f3 de fa\u00e7anes i mitgeres. A m\u00e9s, i com a una de les prioritats del Programa d&#8217;Acci\u00f3 Municipal, s&#8217;aposta per al foment de la rehabilitaci\u00f3 i la millora de l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica del parc edificat i la transformaci\u00f3 i la regeneraci\u00f3 urbana de la ciutat.<\/p>\n<p>I \u00e9s que un 40% de l&#8217;energia total consumida prov\u00e9 dels edificis i, per aix\u00f2, l&#8217;Ajuntament considera que l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia de rehabilitaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica ha de ser priorit\u00e0ria. Tamb\u00e9 per abordar els reptes plantejats des de la Uni\u00f3 Europea per reduir les emissions de&nbsp;CO\u2082&nbsp;en un 55% de cara al 2030.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, i d&#8217;acord amb el PAM, l&#8217;Ajuntament de Granollers ja est\u00e0 treballant en el pla d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 integral del conjunt residencial de Primer de Maig, al barri Sota el Cam\u00ed Ral, que inclou la millora tant de l&#8217;entorn com dels edificis, amb la rehabilitaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica dels habitatges i la millora de l&#8217;accessibilitat. Aix\u00ed mateix, tamb\u00e9 preveu programes d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 social i comunit\u00e0ria. Aquest \u00e9s un dels projectes estrat\u00e8gics pels quals l&#8217;Ajuntament de Granollers buscar\u00e0 finan\u00e7ament a trav\u00e9s dels fons europeus de Recuperaci\u00f3, els coneguts com a&nbsp;Next&nbsp;Generation.<\/p>\n<p>Per fer realitat aquests projectes i assolir els reptes plantejats, caldr\u00e0 la realitzaci\u00f3 de treballs t\u00e8cnics a c\u00e0rrec d&#8217;arquitectes, arquitectes t\u00e8cnics o enginyers, com&nbsp;els informes d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 i diagnosi del parc d&#8217;edificis de Granollers, per tal de con\u00e8ixer el seu estat i fer&nbsp;les propostes de rehabilitaci\u00f3 i renovaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ries, aix\u00ed com de la resta de treballs t\u00e8cnics derivats. Per aix\u00f2, l&#8217;Ajuntament ha signat un conveni marc de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el Col\u00b7legi d&#8217;Aparelladors, Arquitectes T\u00e8cnics i Enginyers d&#8217;Edificaci\u00f3 de Barcelona; el Col\u00b7legi Oficial d&#8217;Arquitectes de Catalunya; i el Col\u00b7legi Oficial d&#8217;Enginyers Industrials de Catalunya, que&nbsp;integren&nbsp;la Intercol\u00b7legial T\u00e8cnica del Vall\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;acord preveu el suport dels Col\u00b7legis professionals i dels seus col\u00b7lectius t\u00e8cnics per a la realitzaci\u00f3 dels informes d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 i diagnosi del parc d&#8217;edificis de Granollers, per tal de con\u00e8ixer el seu estat i&nbsp;fer&nbsp;les propostes de rehabilitaci\u00f3 i renovaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ries, aix\u00ed com de la resta de treballs t\u00e8cnics derivats. Tamb\u00e9 el desenvolupament d&#8217;activitats relacionades amb la informaci\u00f3 i conscienciaci\u00f3 ciutadana dels processos de regeneraci\u00f3 urbana, efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica i salubritat dels edificis i habitatges.<\/p>\n<p>El per\u00edode de vig\u00e8ncia d&#8217;aquest conveni marc ser\u00e0 de&nbsp;quatre&nbsp;anys, que es podr\u00e0 prorrogar per&nbsp;quatre&nbsp;anys m\u00e9s, i es crear\u00e0 una Comissi\u00f3 de seguiment, formada per una representaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Ajuntament i de cadascun dels tres col\u00b7legis, que es reunir\u00e0 com a m\u00ednim una
