5 OCTUBRE- PROMOCI\u00d3 DE 21 HABITATGES D’HPO A SABADELL<\/span><\/h1>\n

Des de la Intercol\u00b7legial T\u00e8cnica del Vall\u00e8s conjuntament amb VIMUSA, hem organitzat per al pr\u00f2xim dimarts, 5 d’octubre, dues visites d’obra a un edifici plurifamiliar en fusta. Aquest promoci\u00f3, de 21 habitatges de protecci\u00f3 oficial situada a Sabadell, t\u00e9 prevista la seva finalitzaci\u00f3 al desembre del 2022 per la qual cosa la visitarem en fase de muntatge de l’estructura dels panells de CLT.<\/p>\n

Podrem con\u00e8ixer de la m\u00e0 dels t\u00e8cnics directors, els processos constructius i els detalls de la construcci\u00f3 en fusta. L’edifici projectat tindr\u00e0 una superf\u00edcie de 1652m2 \u00fatils, amb un programa funcional de planta soterrani -1 i -2, planta baixa (amb local comercial i espai comunitari), 5 plantes i \u00e0tic.<\/p>\n
