La construcci\u00f3 i la seva transformaci\u00f3 cap a un model m\u00e9s sostenible i eficient ha estat el tema que Laura Roura Port i Laura Branc\u00f3s han desenvolupat al 2n Toc d\u2019Enginyeria de Girona, una trobada dissenyada per visibilitzar el talent femen\u00ed de la Demarcaci\u00f3 i, alhora, fer contactes i teixir una xarxa entre les professionals de l\u2019enginyeria de Girona. La cita ha tingut lloc aquest divendres i ha reunit professionals consolidades i estudiants que han compartit tamb\u00e9 experi\u00e8ncies i coneixement.<\/p>\n

La iniciativa s\u2019emmarca en les activitats que impulsa la Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019Equitat dels enginyers industrials de Girona. Maria Luisa Garcia-Romeu de Luna<\/a>, una de les responsables de la comissi\u00f3 i docent a l\u2019EPS de Girona, destaca la import\u00e0ncia de tenir dones impartint xerrades t\u00e8cniques en \u00e0mbits com l’enginyeria, \u00ab\u00c9s molt important que les xerrades t\u00e8cniques, especialment en \u00e0mbits com l’enginyeria, les imparteixin dones.\u00bb Aquesta visibilitat ajuda a trencar estereotips de g\u00e8nere i a inspirar les generacions m\u00e9s joves, especialment les nenes, a veure un futur en les carreres STEM (ci\u00e8ncia, tecnologia, enginyeria i matem\u00e0tiques).<\/p>\n

Des de la Comissi\u00f3 es considera que la pres\u00e8ncia de dones en aquestes xerrades enriqueix les perspectives dels assistents i fonamenta una visi\u00f3 m\u00e9s plural i completa de les disciplines. \u201cTant homes com dones poden aprendre de les experi\u00e8ncies i solucions innovadores que aporten les dones professionals\u201d, diu Garcia-Romeu, que recalca que aix\u00ed es promou una cultura d\u2019inclusi\u00f3 i respecte en l\u2019\u00e0mbit laboral.<\/p>\n

Per la seva banda, el president de la demarcaci\u00f3, Joaquim Reda Llambrich<\/a>, creu que l\u2019empenta de la comunitat de dones enginyeres de Girona ja s\u00f3n \u201cuna font d\u2019inspiraci\u00f3 per a tot el territori\u201d. \u201c\u00c9s important donar visibilitat a les enginyeres per assolir una paritat que actualment no gaudim i per refor\u00e7ar el sentit de pertinen\u00e7a al col\u00b7lectiu d\u2019EIC\u201d, manifesta Reda.<\/p>\n
