Es calcula, per\u00f2, que de cara al 2030, aquesta xifra es duplicar\u00e0 a 4.000, ja que empreses, universitats i hospitals necessitaran cada vegada m\u00e9s perfils d\u2019enginyers i enginyeres especialitzats en diverses \u00e0rees de salut, a causa de la tecnificaci\u00f3 de la medicina i de la transformaci\u00f3 del sector.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3n algunes de les dades que ha pogut estimar la <em>secci\u00f3 d\u2019Enginyeria de la Salut <\/em>del <em>Col\u00b7legi d\u2019Enginyers Industrials de Catalunya<\/em> a la Demarcaci\u00f3 de Girona, que ha impulsat un <a href=\"https:\/\/enginyeriasalutgirona.eic.cat\/?page_id=11\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">mapa i inventari<\/a> de la professi\u00f3 a la regi\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria de Girona. En aquests moments, la Demarcaci\u00f3 disposa de 139 enginyers i enginyeres treballant en el sector de la salut. M\u00e9s del 41% s\u00f3n enginyers industrials i prop d\u2019un 24% enginyers biom\u00e8dics. La resta s\u00f3n enginyers d\u2019altres especialitats com mec\u00e0nica, electr\u00f2nica o qu\u00edmica.<\/p>\n<p>Majorit\u00e0riament, aquests enginyers i enginyeres treballen en empreses i ind\u00fastries del sector. La recerca ocupa el segon lloc mentre que en hospitals nom\u00e9s hi treballen directament 19 professionals. Les previsions, per\u00f2, \u00e9s que en aquest \u00e0mbit tamb\u00e9 es multipliquin les necessitats.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, des del <em>Col\u00b7legi d\u2019Enginyers Industrials de Catalunya<\/em> apostem per treballar per donar visibilitat a l\u2019enginyeria industrial en el sector salut i donar un impuls a la formaci\u00f3 del talent donant resposta aixc\u00ed a les necessitats d\u2019empreses, centres sanitaris i universitats o centres de recerca, que comencen a intuir la tend\u00e8ncia de la manca de professionals per respondre a les seves necessitats. Des de la <em>Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019Enginyeria de la Salut<\/em> en la secci\u00f3 de Girona, adverteixen que el sector <strong>\u201cencara no crea suficients llocs de feina per convertir Girona en un pol de captaci\u00f3 i retenci\u00f3 de talent per\u00f2 tampoc hi ha l\u2019especialitzaci\u00f3 del talent format per cobrir-ho\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, es considera de vital import\u00e0ncia crear oportunitats laborals per evitar la fuga de talent. En aquest sentit, el Campus de Salut de Girona \u2013que disposar\u00e0 d\u2019una superf\u00edcie de 193.000 metres quadrats\u2013 ha de ser una oportunitat \u00fanica per desenvolupar un projecte on els tres \u00e0mbits (universitat, hospital i empresa) generin un model de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 que pot ser <strong>\u201cmotor de creixement econ\u00f2mic social i de coneixement\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Des del <em>Col\u00b7legi d\u2019Enginyers Industrials <\/em>s\u2019adverteix que tant els enginyers industrials com els biom\u00e8dics hauran de jugar un paper fonamental en l\u2019execuci\u00f3 i sostenibilitat del nou Campus. El projecte suposa una inversi\u00f3 d\u2019entre 500 i 600 milions d\u2019euros i que es treballa perqu\u00e8 sigui una realitat l&#8217;any 2030 i es presenta com una oportunitat per atraure talent i generar din\u00e0miques econ\u00f2miques, doncs li correspondr\u00e0 jugar el rol d\u2019empresa m\u00e9s gran del territori de Girona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Formaci\u00f3 amb visi\u00f3 de futur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amb la voluntat de contribuir a la formaci\u00f3 del talent, el Col\u00b7legi impulsa un programa de microcredencial de 5 ECTS que comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 el curs 2025\/2026 amb la <em>Fundaci\u00f3 de la Universitat de Girona<\/em>.
