Objectiu<\/b><\/p>\n
Aquesta sessi\u00f3 t\u00e9 com a objectiu mostrar com les eines d'IA generativa integrades en les plataformes de correu i calendari – Microsoft365(Outlook+Copilot) i GoogleWorkspace (Gmail+Gemini) – poden optimitzar la gesti\u00f3 di\u00e0ria de la comunicaci\u00f3 i el temps. Els participants descobriran com aquestes solucions permeten redactar i resumir correus electr\u00f2nics, automatitzar tasques habituals i millorar l'organitzaci\u00f3 de l'agenda de manera m\u00e9s eficient i personalitzada.<\/p>\n

Professionals i equips que ja coneixen els fonaments de la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial generativa i volen aplicar-la a la productivitat personal i corporativa, especialment en la gesti\u00f3 del correu electr\u00f2nic i el calendari.<\/p>\n
Objectius<\/b><\/p>\n
– Con\u00e8ixer les funcionalitats principals de Copilot per a Outlook i Gemini per a Gmail en les seves versions de pagament.
– Practicar la redacci\u00f3 assistida, la cerca i resum de correus amb IA generativa.
– Aprendre a gestionar l'agenda i les reunions mitjan\u00e7ant les opcions intel\u00b7ligents que ofereixen amb dues plataformes.
– Comparar fortaleses i limitacions de cada entorn segons les necessitats professionals i d'organitzaci\u00f3.
– Fomentar l'\u00fas cr\u00edtic i responsable de la IA en la gesti\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3 professional.<\/p>\n
